Please be aware that to keep costs at a minimum we do not have a receptionist and you will speak directly to one of our counsellors, who will guide you through the process of making an appointment or handle your enquiry.

There may be times when, unavoidably, you will get our answerphone message. If this happens we will call you back as soon as possible. If you let us know the best time to return the call we will do our best to call when it suits you..
